How the free week works
No contract upfront, no "sign now or lose the spot" routine. You get a full week to see if we're a fit.
You walk in. We'll handle the rest. No gear needed for the first class — we'll have a loaner gi if you're trying BJJ. Athletic clothes for striking and fitness.
Try BJJ, Muay Thai, Self Defense, or FR Fit. Your free week unlocks every class on the schedule, at any of the four locations.
End of the week, you tell us if it's for you. If it is, we set you up. If it's not, we shake hands and you keep the experience either way.
Four disciplines, one week
Ground game, control, leverage. The thing the academy is named for. Adult, kids 4–15, and preschool 3–5. Beginners to competitors on the same mat — scaled by partner and intent.

Common questions
No. Most people walk in on day one with zero. The first class is built for that — we put you next to someone who knows the drills and runs you through it. You'll be fine.
Athletic clothes for striking and fitness. For BJJ, we'll have a loaner gi for your first class. Bring water and an open mind — that's most of it.
We train people from age 3 to 60+. Drilling and live training scale by partner and experience — you decide your pace. Nobody is going to "test" you on day one.
Yes. Preschool BJJ runs ages 3–5 and Kids BJJ runs 4–15. Same coaches, scaled to age and intensity. Confidence, discipline, and the kind of physical literacy that carries into every other sport.
We run women's-only sessions at most locations. Mention it when our team reaches out and we'll match you to the right slot.
